Abstract

In recent years, the Internet and information technology has been flourishing in development, and its application level has been extending to the different areas in terms of information integration, application and decision support, etc., at a higher level of calculations and operations. To look back of the past few years of geospatial information systems and public & private sectors of the geospatial database setup and use of various GIS or WebGIS software, in which the ways of data storage, management and distribution, and map layers or packing files used to storage and circulation units would cause direct or indirect damage to data completeness or concept of entity in the real world. Neither efficient real-time space of selected data operation nor general information integration system can be constructed. Moreover, in recent years, the government began vigorously promoting an open data policy on how to effectively make the existing database or data warehouse systems through the restructuring or re-packaging (wrap) of information technology, thereby enabling the streaming of data and even applications. The application can therefore be seamlessly transferred into distributed network architecture, and at the same time the problem of circulation can be solved; namely, the innovation and research development of this study has been completed for the real geological cloud system architecture.

For system integration of clouds, process integration, virtual system application, strengthening the supply and streaming of data flow, and other professionals in the space information sector, the open value-added services are provided on line. It is the focus and center of the information innovation, R&D in this study. Furthermore, it is capable of dealing with the rapid change of the environment in future, the best applicable information environment and service system platform.

In the course of research and development in this study, although the study subject is of geological data, the characteristics of the generality or university of the development ensure to expand the structure of this study into other knowledge domain in terms of geospatial system application. Moreover, GIS may be used as MIS to make control or in use.

"Di-Ling-Ling" is also known as the geological cloud system, the streaming model of PaaS supply is the GIS created by MIS base, adopting open and transparent data format to circulate on the network in a form of streaming and integrating the application service and data in line with W3C structure standard to steam up with the “data stream” an “application stream", connecting and flowing to the user’s device to execute the operation. It therefore becomes unlimited cloud network and there is no need to know the position of the data resources. To complete the development of space information system resources, there is also no need to care where is its position. As long as there is a person in need who knows how to operate it , all of the resources are in the cloud network.
